  • Subscriber
  • Disclaimers:
        1. Terms and Conditions are subject to update.
        2. You are referred to as “Subscriber”, “Their”, “They”, “Subscribers'”, “Subscribers”, and “Subscriber’s” in these Terms & Conditions.
        3. Nabouo is referred to as “We”, “Our”, “Us”, and “Nabouo” in these Terms & Conditions.
        4. Subscriber acknowledges these disclaimers and wishes to continue.
  • Conditions:
        1. Only 1 Motor Carrier per account, unless otherwise authorized by Nabouo.
        2. No sharing accounts at any time.; Only 1 user per account, unless otherwise authorized by Nabouo.
        3. Subscriber agrees to these conditions.
  • Requirements
        1. Subscriber must have an active DOT, or MC, with interstate, or intrastate authority, unless an authorized: dispatching, freight forwarding, or another company is verified by Nabouo.
        2. Subscriber agrees to maintain Liability ($1,000,000) and Cargo ($100,000) insurance, while you are a member of Nabouo, unless otherwise authorized by Nabouo.
        3. Subscriber agrees to abide by these requirements.
  • Agreements
        1. If anything on this form is breached, we will permanently terminate the account immediately, and Subscriber will be held accountable.
        2. Subscriber acknowledges that the information provided is true and accurate to the Subscriber and their business, and anything that is false, or misrepresented will be kept for review for fraud, and/ or trashed.
  • Unauthorized Members
      1.  
  • Inactive Authorities
        1. Subscribers’ accounts will be temporarily disabled immediately, if FMCSA has their “Operating Status” showing “Not Authorized”; Once Subscriber updates the information, we will reopen Their account.
        2. Any missing payments from the time we have closed the account, to the time the “Operating Status” is fixed, is the Subscriber’s responsibility to pay.; If it has been over 45 days, we will terminate the account.
  • Untolerated Behavior
        1.  The following behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your Nabouo account:
          1. Back soliciting
          2. Brokering without authority
          3. Double brokering
          4. Inactive carrier authority
          5. Inactive insurance
          6. Allowing access of the system to non-Nabouo members
          7. Disputing any Nabouo transactions
          8. Missing Payments owed to Nabouo
  • Policies
  • Payments
        1. All transactions are final.; No refunds, full or partial, will be refunded back to Subscriber.
        2. Subscriber’s account will be temporarily disabled until Their payment method is updated for Us to charge, after our transaction does not go through.
        3. After 6 months of no updated payment, Subscriber’s account will be terminated, and will no longer be a member of Nabouo.
        4. Subscriber hereby allows Us to charge Their debit, or credit card.
        5. Subscriber authorizes Us to have Their card on file for weekly subscription transactions.
  • Subscription
      1. General
        1. Nabouo is a subscription service and not associated with any transactions that Subscriber enters into.
        2. Before becoming a member of Nabouo, Subscriber agrees to pay a one-time, non-refundable one-hundred dollar joining fee, along with the monthly subscription “Package” that They have chosen.
        3. Subscriber will be billed every 7-days, to whatever “Package” They have selected.
        4. If Subscriber requests to cancel Their subscription, They must email [email protected], with a 31-day notice.; The day Subscriber puts in a request to cancel Their subscription, They will be charged a fifty-dollar processing fee that day.
        5. The day you submit this form and after it is verified with Us, the 7-day billing cycle will be initiated.
        6. You can downgrade your options, if prohibited by Nabouo, with a 7-day notice.
      2. (1/3/6/12) – Month Package
        1. Subscriber will be billed the subscription price that They have chosen, every 7-days, for the total amount of month(s) Subscriber has selected.
        2. If any debt, or subscription, is not paid off by Subscriber with Nabouo, there will be a three-hundred dollar “Late Fee” that will be added, each day, on top of the original debt, that the Subscriber must pay to Nabouo.
        3. If Subscriber has any debt with Nabouo, after Their subscription has expired, They will still be responsible for Their own debt(s), that will need to be paid to Nabouo.; The Subscriber’s debt will still be active, (Additional Nabouo fees, will be added to the Subscriber’s debt) until, Subscriber has paid off Their debt(s).
  • Fees
        1. Subscriber will be responsible for a 4.3% “Cover Fee”, that will be added to all Nabouo transactions.
  • Notice
        1. In certain situations, loads for specific equipment types, typically take 1-25 business days (or longer), to be posted on Nabouo.
        2. By chance, if Subscriber accumulates any type of debt that is owed to Nabouo, legal action may be considered, if Subscriber does not pay off Their debt(s), between a 24-hour period.
  • Disputes
        1. If Subscriber disputes any Nabouo transactions, Subscriber will be billed a five-thousand dollar “Dispute Fee”, that They must pay to Nabouo, and legal action may be taken against Subscriber.
        2. Each day Subscriber has not paid Their debt with Nabouo, five-hundred dollars will be added on top of the “Dispute Fee”, until Subscriber’s debt is paid with Nabouo.
  • Company
  • Liability
      1. Our services have been provided after Subscriber has access to their account.
      2. Due to the nature of the Trucking Industry, We cannot guarantee there are, or will be loads in your area.
      3. We weekly check our members authority status, to filter out our system, to keep all our members safe; If you find any work done that can potentially damage our system, please contact us immediately.

 

By creating your account, Subscriber:
